Season ticket holders have begun to receive emails containing a download link for their 2025/26 digital season ticket.
The email will arrive from the ticket office and will allow supporters to follow the instructions and download the ticket to their Apple or Google Wallet.
Click the link to download your ticket, then click ‘add ticket’ to add it to your Apple/Google Wallet.
After following these steps, open your Google/Apple Wallet to check if your ticket has downloaded successfully. After you click ‘add ticket’, a blank browser window may open; close this window and open your Google/Apple Wallet app.
With the large volume of emails being sent, season ticket holders will not all receive their email at the same time and should instead expect it to arrive in the coming days.
If a season ticket holder is yet to receive their email by Friday, July 11, then they should contact the ticket office. Please do not contact the ticket office until this date.
The club is encouraging season ticket holders to download their ticket as soon as possible so that it is possible to identify those who may need additional support.
Supporters that download their season ticket to their phone by July 14 will automatically be entered into a draw to win the value of their season ticket for the 2025/26 season.
Supporters that requested a physical season ticket will also have their season ticket card posted this week.
The club appreciates the patience of season ticket holders, who would initially have been expecting tickets to be delivered in late June.
