Executive director Zoe Webber visited the Community Sports Foundation's Extra Time group this week to help them celebrate the 15th anniversary of the programme.
Extra Time has been running since 2008 and provides physical activity and social sessions on Wednesdays for people aged 55 or over.
Zoe's visit also rounded off our EFL Week of Action celebrations, during which time a number of the Foundation's programmes in the community have been highlighted.
During her Extra Time visit, which took place in the Lion & Castle at Carrow Road, the executive director answered questions about recent developments at the club, including the appointment of Ben Knapper as incoming sporting director.
