England Men's Under-21s will be coming to Norwich in March, when their UEFA Under-21 EURO qualifier with Moldova will be staged at Carrow Road.
Lee Carsley’s Young Lions will be looking to continue their perfect start to the 2027 campaign in the first international window of 2026, which begins with a trip to Andorra on Friday, March 27.
They will then return to home turf for the second game of the window in Norfolk, with the game against Moldova scheduled for Tuesday, March 31 (KO 7pm).
So far, the Young Lions have won all five of their qualifying group games without conceding a goal, as they aim to retain their title at the next Under-21 EUROs in Albania and Serbia in June 2027.
And it was Moldova who they faced in their second game of the season last October, when a brace from Divin Mubama and further goals from Jamie Gittens and Rico Lewis secured a 4-0 victory in Chisinau.
One member of the current cohort who could be on familiar territory is Kellen Fisher, with the Canaries defender having been a part of Carsley’s squad for their last fixtures in November when he made an appearance from the bench in the 4-0 win over Slovakia.
Their last game in Norwich came back in September 2018 when they shared a 0-0 draw with the Netherlands during the qualification campaign for the Under-21 EUROs of 2019.
Prior to that, the Young Lions played at Carrow Road in September 2012 when they beat Serbia 1-0 in the Under-21 EURO 2013 play-off first leg, thanks to a goal from Craig Dawson.
