Amankwah Forson has joined Norwich City FC from RB Salzburg on a four-year deal.

Born in 2002, the midfielder began his career with the West African Football Sporting Club, or WAFA for short.
He made his senior professional debut in the 2019/20 season of the Ghana Premier League against Karela United.
From there, in February 2021, he joined Austrian Bundesliga side RB Salzburg for an undisclosed fee.
Also in February 2021, the Ghanian was sent out on loan to Liefering in the Austrian Second League.
While on loan, he made a total of 29 apps and scored a six goals with eight assists.
In June 2022, he made his return to the Austrian Bundesliga, before being sent on a season-long loan to Rheindorf Altach.
There, he appeared 16 times, he scored one goal and registered five assists.
Forson returned from his loan and began playing for RB Salzburg, while at the club he scored two goals in two games in the ÖFB Cup.
In the league, he played 23 games where he scored two goals and had two assists.
Overall, he had 35 appearances and scored two goals for the club across all competitions before now making the switch to Norwich City.
