Harry Darling became Norwich City's third signing of the 2025 summer transfer window, joining the Canaries following his departure from Swansea City.
Born in Cambridge, Darling began his footballing journey with his hometown club Cambridge United at the age of 12 but left after only a year.
He later joined the youth side at Newmarket Town and earned a move back to the U's, eventually signing professional terms in October 2016 and making his senior debut a month later against Scunthorpe United in the EFL Trophy.
The defender made a number of loan moves away from the club before breaking into the Cambridge first-team, having stints at Bishop's Stortford, Hampton & Richmond, Royston Town and East Thurrock.
On his return to the Abbey Stadium, Darling became a regular for Cambridge in League Two and would leave the club on a permanent basis in January 2021 to sign for MK Dons.
Darling only spent 18 months at Stadium MK but the 2021/22 season saw the side finish third in League One under Liam Manning, narrowly missing out on promotion into the Championship.
The 25-year-old had an impressive campaign, netting 10 goals in all competitions and was named in both the EFL League One Team of the Season and PFA Team of the Year.
His impressive performances for the Dons earned him a move to the Championship, signing for Swansea in June 2022.
A regular in the Swans' defence, Darling made 112 appearances and scored 12 times in all competitions across a three-year spell at the Swansea.com Stadium.
His three-year contract with Swansea came to an end this summer, with Darling now set to make the switch to Carrow Road.
