Jeffrey Schlupp joined Norwich City in July 2025, making the move to Carrow Road after over eight years at Crystal Palace.
Born in Hamburg, Germany, in December 1992, Schlupp and his family soon relocated to England. He would eventually come through the academy system at Leicester City.
His first taste of senior football came out on loan, as he signed for Brentford, then of League One, and scored six times in nine league games.
Schlupp returned to Leicester and made his debut for the Foxes in August 2011, scoring a hat-trick in a League Cup win over Rotherham United.
Later that year, he made his international debut for Ghana in November 2011, coming off the bench against Gabon.
As a Leicester player, Schlupp went on to make 150 appearances in all competitions and was part of the Foxes side that were Championship winners during the 2013/14 season, as well as the Premier League in 2015/16.
In January 2017, the Ghanaian international moved to Crystal Palace for a reported £12m fee and made his debut for the Eagles against West Ham United.
Establishing himself as a key player for Palace in the top flight, the 32-year-old made 247 appearances in all competitions across an eight-year spell at Selhurst Park.
In January 2025, Schlupp went on loan to Scottish Premiership side Celtic and made 18 appearances in all competitions, and was part of Brendan Rodgers' side that were crowned champions.
Last season, he was also awarded an FA Cup winners' medal as Crystal Palace were victorious against Manchester City due to his involvement in an earlier round.
