Norwich City have appointed Johannes Hoff Thorup as the club's new head coach.
Hoff Thorup joins the club from Danish Superliga side Nordsjælland where he was head coach since January 2023.
At just 35 years old, he becomes the third youngest manager in the Championship, behind Watford's Tom Cleverley and Sheffield Wednesday's Danny Röhl.
Having played in their youth set-up, he would begin his coaching career at the age of just 23 with Akademisk Boldklub's academy while the club were in Denmark's second tier.
Three years later, a move to an equivalent role with Nordsjælland's academy began his nine-year stay at Farum Park.
In 2021, he was promoted to the assistant head coach position, working under Flemming Pedersen.
Hoff Thorup would eventually replace Pedersen in the top job in January 2023, leading Nordsjælland to a second-placed finish.
In the season just gone, they finished fourth and narrowly missed out on qualification from the group stages of the Europa Conference League for the first time in their history.
That European campaign included a 6-1 win against Fenerbahce and a 7-1 win against Ludogorets Razgrad.
He now joins the Canaries alongside assistant head coach Glen Riddersholm.
