Norwich City's new number 30 Mathias Kvistgaarden has completed his move to the club from Brøndby IF.
Kvistgaarden joins City on the back of a hugely impressive season for the Danish club, where he scoring 23 goals in 38 appearances and was named in the Superliga team of the season.
He has been with the 11-time Danish champions since 2015 (Under-13 level) having spent the early part of his youth career with Skjold Birkerød and Lyngby.
From there, he worked his way through the Brøndby youth system before making his first-team debut in July 2020 at the age of 18.
His breakthrough season came in 2021/22 when he scored five goals in 16 league games, with a gradual increase in his attacking output each of the next two campaigns.
Last year, he struck 17 times in the Danish Superliga, four times in the Danish Cup and twice in Europa Conference League qualifying, while also adding seven assists in all competitions.
On the international stage, he has represented Denmark at every level from Under-18s to senior.
He played 24 times for the Under-21s, scoring seven goals between June 2022 and June 2025. Earlier this summer, he also made his first-team debut in a 2-1 friendly win.
