Following the national lockdown restrictions coming to an end, Norwich City can confirm that the club’s Fan Hub store based at Jarrold Norwich and the Carrow Road store will reopen from Wednesday.
The stores have been closed alongside all non-essential shops in the country’s national lockdown since the start of November.
Fan Hub opening hours
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sunday: 10:30am – 4:30pm
Carrow Road store
Monday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm (Opening hours to be extended on matchdays)
Sunday – 10am – 4pm
A reminder of the number of measures that have been put in place to ensure the store is as safe of possible for staff and customers:
- Only 20 customers will be permitted inside the store at one time
- There are hand sanitisation stations throughout
- There is a one-way system for customers to navigate
- Protective screens are in place at tillpoints
- We are only accepting card payments
- Staff will have their temperatures checked regularly and be issued with PPE
