Kieran Dowell (£5.5m) has got two goals and one assist in five games after ending 2020/21 on impressive form in the Sky Bet Championship.
Lukas Rupp (£4.5m) and Pierre Lees-Melou (£5.0m) could also be options worth considering, both having played five games in pre-season. Lees-Melou has scored twice while Rupp has managed one goal and one assist.

Up front, Adam Idah (£5.0m) has been the most prolific performer during pre-season with four goals in five games.
Teemu Pukki (£6.0m) has featured less regularly, but scored one goal in his two games and became a cult hero in FPL two seasons ago when he started the season on excellent form.
