Norwich City’s Premier League fixture at home to Chelsea in March will be rearranged should either side progress in the Emirates FA Cup this week.
The fixture is currently due to take place on Saturday, March 19 at Carrow Road, kick off 3pm.
However, should either side progress from their FA Cup fifth round tie this week the Premier League has made the decision to rearrange the fixture for Thursday, March 10, with a 7.30pm kick-off.
Given the proximity of our game away at Leeds United on the following Sunday, Norwich City would like to express its disappointment and frustration at the late notice and timing of this potential fixture rearrangement.
Norwich City would also like to apologise to both sets of supporters for any inconvenience caused by this potential late rearrangement.
