Women's team defender Ceri Flye has signed her first professional contract with Norwich City.
Flye becomes the fourth player to put pen to paper ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, following in the footsteps of Ellie Bishop, Eloise Hall and Eloise King.
The 22-year-old has been part of City Women's set-up since the summer of 2022, quickly cementing her place in the side as a regular starting centre-back.
Alongside golden glove winner Sarah Quantrill and centre-back partner Hope Strauss, Flye and the Canaries kept 12 league clean sheets last season.
Speaking on her new deal, Flye said: "It’s a privilege and an honour; coming into Norwich a few years ago, this was never on my mind.
"It’s a real proud moment for me and my family. Now I can just spend more time at the football ground progressing my game."
On signing the deal, head of women's football, Flo Allen said: "Ceri has been a standout performer since she joined the club back in 2022 and we are delighted to have retained her.
"As a combative defender, possessing both speed and power, she will be a key asset for us this season and beyond."
