Norwich City's charity partner, The Community Sports Foundation, have released their 2025 Impact Report, highlighting another year of significant growth, deeper community connections, and life-changing outcomes for people across Norfolk.
The report reveals the Foundation engaged more than 56,000 participants through over 11,400 sessions, delivering more than 850,000 hours of activity across its wide-ranging programmes. From sport and education to wellbeing and inclusion, the charity continues to demonstrate the transformative power of community sport.

The 2025 report shows strong evidence of impact across all areas of the Foundation’s work:
- 82% of participants reported improved physical health
- 76% saw improvements in mental wellbeing
- 87% reported improved mood
- 86% said the Foundation has had a positive impact on their lives
In addition, 94% of participants would recommend Foundation programmes, underlining the strength and quality of delivery.
Through initiatives such as Realising Potential, the Foundation is expanding opportunities for people with disabilities and SEND, helping individuals build confidence, develop skills and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
The Foundation’s community hub, The Nest, continues to go from strength to strength, welcoming more than 20,000 unique visitors during the year. Developments in 2025 included the launch of new health and wellbeing facilities and expanded spaces designed to bring communities together.
Meanwhile, the opening of a Healthy Fans Support Hub at Carrow Road and the launch of MyClub, a new volunteer programme, demonstrate the Foundation’s commitment to creating innovative ways for people to engage with and benefit from its work.
The year also brought significant recognition, with Norwich City named EFL Community Club of the Season, reflecting the strength of the partnership between the football club and its charitable arm.
The report evidences the Foundation’s strong financial position, with a total turnover of £6.4 million, enabling continued investment into community programmes, facilities and long-term sustainability.
The report highlights the Foundation's significant social value, with every pound invested generating meaningful economic, social and environmental benefits and contributing more than £58 million in social value across the 2024/25 season.
The club recently announced that £2 of every adult ticket sold in the Canaries' Carabao Cup first round tie with MK Dons on Saturday, August 8 will go towards the Foundation's work.
