On Wednesday evening at Carrow Road, over 230 guests attended the Burns Night event in the Top of the Terrace for an evening of Scottish fine dining and poetry.

Norwich City players Grant Hanley and Kenny McLean were joined by club legend and host Bryan Gunn also in attendance.

MacInnes Whisky, the event sponsors for the night, served whisky to the guests before Bryan read the Selkirk Grace.

The Scottish duo then presented the haggis to the room, which was followed by a five course meal.

Delia's Canary catering were on hand to prepare the food, alongside the talented chef Neil Borthwick from Soho’s French House, alongside his wife and Michelin starred chef, Angela Hartnett.

Head of conferences, meetings and events for Delia's Canary Catering, Jodie Sibley, said: "It was incredibly special to support in arranging Burns Night at Carrow Road. It’s wonderful to celebrate the life of Robert Burns and enjoy such interesting Scottish traditions.

"I'd also like to thank Bryan for hosting and our three first-team players for attending the event. It was a fantastic atmosphere; I’m already looking forward to next year's celebrations."
