Delia's Canary Catering held a sold out Food and Wine Workshop at the Top of the Terrace at Carrow Road on Thursday, December 1.
This month's workshop followed a Christmas theme, with a menu full of festive dishes from chef Alex Mackay and special guest world-record holder, Paul Kelly, who currently claims the fastest time for carving a turkey.
Starters for the day included Norfolk beetroot, roast fig and smoked salmon filo parcels with mains of turkey with suet pudding, carrot purée, peas and sprouts and Christmas pavlova for dessert.
After the cookery demonstration, Yellows Bar and Grill were on hand to serve up four cocktails for the guests to taste.
Jason Banner from Peter Graham Wines then sat guests down for lunch, pairing each course with a wine tasting.
Finishing off, guests had the chance to put their questions to the hosts, including Delia Smith in a Q&A session, alongside a book signing where guests could get their recipe books autographed.
