On Thursday last week, Delia's Canary Catering hosted their latest Food and Wine Workshop.
Around 60 customers enjoyed a day of eating, drinking and expert demonstrations from chef Alex Mackay who guided the audience through an exquisite three-course meal, which they were then able to taste for themselves.
Following their meal, club partner Renaissance Vodka were on hand to present to the audience on how to make the perfect cocktail.
The day was then rounded off with a Q&A session with the hosts and our very own Delia Smith.
