Norwich City head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup was joined by sporting director Ben Knapper and executive director Zoe Webber at the Forum in Norwich on Monday, July 8.
Supporters were able to put questions forward to the trio during the event hosted by BBC Radio Norfolk, that had over 200 in attendance.
Chris Goreham opened the questions in front of a packed atrium, covering topics including the recruitment process of our new head coach, pre-season and ambitions for the 2024/25 campaign, player recruitment and release, stadium expansion and investment.
On the journey of selecting Hoff Thorup as head coach, Knapper said: "When I thought about the head coach that we need to drive this season, Johannes ticks all the boxes.
"He had a clear track record to deliver exactly the style of play that we are looking for. I wanted to go with a head coach that has a sample we can refer to with real conviction, developing players from the highest level, someone who is used to working in a structure similar to ours. We want people that are hungry to improve, and that's Johannes."
On working with Knapper and Webber, Hoff Thorup said: "It's been very good, everything I was told before starting here is what I've seen.
"We are very open minded, always thinking about the next step and looking to improve. We listen to each other, we get feedback from each other."
Speaking about the club's financial direction and plans in place, Webber said: "The financial situation of the club right now, we're in a really good position.
"We plan for three years, so we are constantly modelling, spending time looking at our goals and how we can achieve that, we identify our priorities and what comes first."
