Norwich City Women secured promotion to Tier 3 in dramatic style with a penalty shootout win against Moneyfields Women in a play-off final on Sunday.
City went ahead early and doubled the lead inside two minutes with goals from Holly Kennard and Grace Riglar.
Moneyfields pegged the Canaries back to 2-2 just before the break and with the scores level at 90 minutes, the tie was to be decided by a shootout.
Riglar, Evie Williams, Freya Symonds, Drew Wilson, Eloise King and Kennard were on target from the spot, whilst Sarah Quantrill was the hero od the day, saving two spot-kicks from Moneyfields.
