Norwich City are through to the next round of the Carabao Cup after beating Birmingham City 4-2 on penalties.
Two injury time goals in the first half from Danel Sinani and Jacob Sørensen City go ahead at the break.
The visitors responded in the second half and brought the score at 90 minutes to a penalty shootout.
The Canaries kept their cool and after conversions from Gibbs, Sinani, Núñez and Sargent as well as two saves from Angus Gunn, Norwich were through to the next round.
