Norwich City Women captain Sarah Quantrill made a surprise visit to Mile Cross Primary School last week, joining in on a Year 6 PE lesson.
The Community Sports Foundation work closely with the Norwich-based school, delivering regular sports programmes to inspire a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.
After leading a training session with the group, Quantrill hosted a Q&A in the classroom.
