Norwich City Women players Grace Riglar and Freya Symonds joined a soccer school at The Nest on Monday afternoon, hosted by the Community Sports Foundation.
The duo met with a group of female participants aged five to eight to talk about life as a footballer, answering questions from the girls and coaches.
After getting stuck in with some drills, Riglar and Symonds signed medals and took photos with all in attendance.
