Norwich City Football Club has today, Monday, October 4, published its annual Gender Pay Gap Report.
Government regulations require all companies employing more than 250 people to publish their Gender Pay Gap report on an annual basis. This report shows the difference between the average hourly pay and bonus pay for all men and women employed by the club, regardless of role and seniority, in the snapshot period of April 2020.
To provide more comparable numbers, where possible, the club’s published report and figures exclude those of our football players.
