Read what Norwich City captain Grant Hanley had to say following Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Hull City.
"We're really disappointed. Coming into it, it’s a match that we were looking to get three points from. The way we performed with the ball and the chances we created, we’re disappointed not to come away with three points.
"We didn’t create enough chances and didn’t take the ones we did create. We conceded a couple of goals, so that’s not a good recipe.
"The quality we’ve got in the squad, everyone has got to fill in and do a job. We’re still improving and trying to get better. Every week we seem to be getting closer but not quite doing enough to get the result. There’s belief in the dressing room that we will do.
"We need to keep working hard and that’s what we’ll do. We’re only thee games in and it’s a long season. I don’t think it’s time to push the panic button. It would be a different story if we weren’t dominating games and creating chances.
"It would make things easier if we scored the first goal, which we haven’t done yet. That has an effect on the game and it’s difficult for us to break them down and the second goal is massive for them. That’s how football works and we’ll keep looking to get better. It’s a quick turnaround and we need to get ready to go again in midweek.
"Thanks for the support and stick with us. As a team and a squad, it’s a disappointing start for us, but I think we’re not too far away. Hopefully we can get the result we’re looking for."
