Norwich City Under-18s coach Greg Crane says he is looking forward to another tough game, as the side travel away to their Arsenal counterparts on Saturday.
"The boys have had a little bit of time off over the Christmas period, and will hopefully put the disappointment of the FA Youth Cup behind them, so it's back to business really. Back to normal, and back to working, and looking forward to another tough game against Arsenal," Crane said.
"All the lads need the break, including myself. When we're working, it's busy, it's hectic, we're working hard, so it's good for the lads to have time off. They have programmes to do when they're off to stay fit and in shape, but everyone needs that break. They get to go home and spend time with their families, see their friends, it's a much deserved and well needed break."
It's a challenging return to action for the Under-18s, making the trip to London to face Arsenal in their own back yard.
But, it's also one that they are relishing.
"Arsenal are a good historic academy side. They play good football, they try to do things the right way. I'm really looking forward to the challenge," Crane explains.
"Our lads want to kick on now, it's an opportunity for them to start playing and start the progression into the Under-21s. It's a good opportunity for us to get going again.
"I think we've played against nearly everyone so far this season now. So in terms of learning for the lads, it's about looking back to see what happened last time, see what they need to improve. It obviously helps when you've played the team before, but you could turn up and they could play something completely different.
"As long as the boys keep learning and progressing, and keep moving forward, that's the most important thing to me."
