Philip Heise has completed a permanent transfer to German side Karlsruher SC.
The full-back spent the duration of the 2020-21 season on loan at the 2. Bundesliga side, making 30 appearances across all competitions.
Heise initially joined City from Dynamo Dresden in January 2019. He made a solitary first team appearance away at Crawley Town in an EFL Cup tie in September 2019.
