Ahead of today’s fixture against Bristol City, the club would like to reiterate to fans that Norwich City are dedicated to ensuring that Carrow Road is a home for everyone and a place that all supporters feel safe.

Club steward Albert Fuller spoke to canaries.co.uk about how Carrow Road feels like a home to him. He said: “The thing that makes Carrow road feel like a home to me is the team of people I work with and the camaraderie and the support that we give each other.

“All of this helps towards a good working environment.”

The club also discussed with Lee why holding fans responsible to unacceptable behaviour is so important.

Albert said: “I think doing this is important to help improve the overall matchday experience for everyone who attends the event.”

We encourage all supporters to help us in driving a welcoming and safe atmosphere at Carrow Road and ask you to continue to report any behaviour that violates the supporter charter.
