Ahead of our fixture against Preston North End, the club would like to reiterate to fans that Norwich City are dedicated to ensuring that Carrow Road is a home for everyone and a place that all supporters feel safe.
Norwich City programme seller Faye Kett spoke to canaries.co.uk about how Carrow Road feels like a home to him. She said: “I have made many friends over the years working at the club. Whatever is going on at home or in my personal life, I know I can always come to Carrow Road and have a good laugh with my friends and customers!
The club also discussed with Faye why holding fans responsible to unacceptable behaviour is so important.
Faye said: “We can learn by being held responsible for our behaviours. Sometimes if you are following others, you are not always aware of whether it is seen as unacceptable and how it can be affecting other people's enjoyment. Rules are there for a reason, whether it's respect or for safety; just try your best to follow them then generally everyone is happy!"
We encourage all supporters to help us in driving a welcoming and safe atmosphere at Carrow Road and ask you to continue to report any behaviour that violates the supporter charter.
