Those supporters attending Norwich City’s opening game of the Premier League season against Liverpool at Carrow Road on Saturday, August 14 will be asked to adhere to a new supporter code of conduct.
The safety and security of all supporters attending games at Carrow Road is of paramount importance. Following input from the Premier League, this code of conduct has been introduced in line with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The new code of conduct, which will be under constant review from the Premier League, will be in place for the entirety of City’s home fixtures over the course of the 2021/22 season.
As the club prepares to welcome back a capacity crowd to Carrow Road, supporters should be aware of a number of key points and changes for the new season.

Ticketing procedure
A normal ticketing and admission procedure will be in place for the game against Liverpool. Supporters are asked to allow ample time for entry to Carrow Road.
Supporters with a valid matchday or season ticket will be permitted to enter the stadium. Turnstiles will open from 4pm, with supporters advised to arrive early.
The Carrow Road ticket office will be open from 9am for in-person collections and queries. The ticket office will close shortly after kick off.

COVID-19 checks
There will be no COVID-19 checks in place on entry to Carrow Road for the Liverpool fixture, however supporters are asked to continue following the ongoing government guidance.
Supporters that are required to self-isolate having tested positive for COVID-19 should not attend this fixture. In addition, those who have also received a notification to self-isolate, or are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, should also not attend the fixture.

Whilst it is not a legal requirement to wear face coverings on matchdays at Carrow Road, the club strongly recommends supporters do so whilst transiting through covered and indoor areas, such as concourses and lounges.
In line with the Premier League’s guidance and anticipated government requirements, it is anticipated that there will be COVID-19 checks taking place at all subsequent matches throughout the 2021/22 season. These details will be communicated ahead of each match.
Entry to the stadium
The club would ask supporters remain patient, respecting the wishes of fellow supporters, when moving through entry turnstiles and into stadium concourses.
Refreshment and toilet facilities will be open as normal.
Whilst in closed, covered and indoor areas at Carrow Road, supporters are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings, as they move through and transit to their seat.
Cashless stadium
The club would like to remind supporters that Carrow Road is now a cashless stadium. Payments at all Norwich City outlets, both inside and outside the stadium, must now be made with either a credit or debit card, or contactless payment device, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
This includes all transactions made at programmes vendors, Carrow Road car parks, stadium superstore, kiosks, bars and restaurants. No cash transactions will be accepted.

For those not attending the fixture, live audio commentary will be available via the club’s CanariesTV digital platform. Match audio passes are priced at £2.50, with commentary and audio provided by Chris Goreham and the BBC Radio Norfolk’s matchday team.

Following the promotion to the Premier League and broadcast restrictions, the club are no longer permitted to show live streams of first team fixtures on its digital platforms.
For those supporters based in the UK, the game will be shown live on Sky Sports Football, with the matchday broadcast to start at 5pm ahead of a 5.30pm kick off.

Ticket buy-back scheme
Throughout the 2021/22 season, the club will continue to operate a match-by-match buy-back scheme for season ticket holders who may be unable to attend home fixtures at Carrow Road.
The club will refund season ticket holders on a match-by-match basis, providing the club are able to resell that seat.
Supporters also have until 5pm on Friday, August 13 to defer their 2021/22 season ticket for the entirety of the season.

Yellows Bar & Grill
Yellows Bar & Grill, located in the Regency Security Stand, will be open for food and drink services both pre and post-match.
The bar will open from 11am through to the 5.30pm kick off. Please note, supporters wishing to order food from Yellows Bar & Grill are strongly advised to book a table in advance. Book your table now.
Carrow Road store
The Carrow Road store will be open from 9.30am through to kick off.
Parking
County Hall car park will be open from 2pm and has limited space due to construction that is taking place. It costs £6 to park there and spaces cannot be booked in advance.
