Christos Tzolis and Dimitris Giannoulis were the two Canaries involved in international action on Friday, March 24, playing for Greece's Under-21s and first team respectively.
Tzolis was part of the starting line-up for Greece Under-21s' friendly against Hungary in Athens.
Although the home side lost the tie 1-0, the winger managed to play 45 minutes at the Rizoupoli Stadium Georgios Kamaras. Milan Vitalis scored the only goal of the game after 62 minutes.
Nikos Papadopoulos' youth side will be back in action against Belarus in a Euro U-21 2025 qualification match.
Later in the day, Giannoulis headed to the Estádio Algarve in Portugal to play Gibraltar. for the Greece National team's first UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying match.
The left-back was substituted on in the 85th minute to see off the visitors' 3-0 win. Goals on the night came from Giorgos Masouras, Manolis Siopis and Tasos Bakasetas.
