"I'm really honoured to be at a club this big," Finch said. "I think this club have a stature, I think the direction the club are going in is fantastic. I'm really excited for the start of the season and to get going.
"I like to think I'm a commanding goalkeeper. I like to use my feet, I was actually an outfield player until I was 12 or 13 years old then I went in goal. The way goalkeeping is going, I feel like that's a really good stepping stone for me to use my feet.
"I was at Cambridge United since I was eight years old, so that has been a good platform for me. I've been on loan in men's football for the past two seasons, so I've gained over 50 appearances in step three and four.
"I feel that puts me on a good level and I feel as a goalkeeper, having men's first-team experience, gives you much more. Going into Under-21s football, I can take those experiences into my game.
"I'm buzzing to get started. Now the deal is over the line, I feel like it's counting down until the new season. I'm just ready to go."
