We are saddened to hear of the passing of former player Jimmy Bone, a member of the Norwich City Hall of Fame.
Bone joined the Canaries in February 1972 from Partick Thistle and was part of the Norwich side that were Second Division winners in the 1971/72 season.
In the following season, Bone scored the club's first ever goal in Division One at home to Everton.
He left Norwich in March 1973 and went on to play for the likes of Sheffield United, Celtic and St Mirren before going into management.
