Experience packages can be purchased for each home league fixture throughout the campaign, giving supporters the best opportunity to make their matchday more memorable.

Mascot package
Walk out onto the pitch alongside your heroes as part of the Carrow Road mascot experience. We have three packages available for all home games next season, including Captain’s Mascot, Keeper’s Mascot, and Standard Mascot packages.
Enjoy an exclusive pre-matchday tour, hot food for both the mascot and accompanying adult, a signing and photo session with the matchday squad, and a brand new 2023/24 home kit for the experience (Keeper's Mascot will receive the goalkeeper's kit).
Birthday Box
This matchday package is the perfect box for any young Canaries fans who want the ultimate Norwich City birthday. You and nine friends (plus two accompanying adults) will have your own private box, complete with a PS5, FIFA and table football, as well as a hot buffet and Norwich City shirt birthday cake. Each guest will also receive a goody bag and matchday programme, with the birthday child also getting a personalised trophy and special signed item.
This package is also perfect for any Junior Canaries who want to experience a unique matchday at Carrow Road, as this hospitality box is designed with our juniors in mind. Whether it's your birthday or not, this will certainly be a memorable matchday!
Junior Squad
Get your team together and head pitch-side to become the club's official flag-bearers for a match at Carrow Road. As part of the package, enjoy an exclusive tour and meal before watching the first team warm-up before welcoming them out for kick-off. You will then all sit together for the fixture and have your squad name appear in the matchday programme on the day. This experience is for 14 juniors and two accompanying adults.
Women's team mascot
As part of a brand new experience for the 2023/24 season, bring your team down to The Nest as the official mascots for Norwich City Women. The team mascot package is perfect for local grassroots clubs to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience for 20 juniors and two accompanying adults.
Those who join our waitlist will have the first opportunity to purchase our 2023/24 junior experiences before anyone else. Experiences will then go on general sale shortly after.
