Jones extends Norwich City contract

Norwich City attacker Dylan Jones has signed a contract extension at the club.

Norwich City attacker Dylan Jones has signed a contract extension at the club.

The striker joined the club in January 2025 from Plymouth Parkway and has featured for the Under-21s, he now extends his time at the club until 2028, with a year option.

Jones also spent time on loan at Tranmere Rovers, before his time at the club was cut short due to injury.

"It's a great reward, obviously. All my hard work has paid off to this moment, so I'm very happy.

"I always give 100% out on the pitch. I think I'm a team player as well. I always do the most I can do for my teammates and obviously, I like scoring goals.

"Tranmere was a great experience. I loved every minute of it and obviously gutted it was cut short, but it is what it is.

"The injury was hard because I'd done it in October and then to re-do it again was a bit of a kick in the teeth. Obviously, the first couple of weeks I was a little bit down, I just learned to get on with things. A few weeks away now, so I'm just working as hard as I can to get back on the pitch.

"Next season, I just work as hard as I can, and wherever it takes me, it takes me. I don't really set too many, specific goals. If I just work hard day in, day out, whatever happens, what happens."
