Norwich City have completed the signing of striker Jovon Makama from League One side Lincoln City.
The 21-year-old has signed on a three-year deal, with the option of an additional 24 months, and will wear the number 24 shirt.
Makama was the EFL's Young Player of the Month in March 2025, during an impressive season for the Imps.
On joining the club, he said: "It's a very big club, the facilities that are here are amazing. The community and the club as a whole are something that interested me.
"It's the perfect time in my career to step up and face a new challenge."
Sporting director Ben Knapper added: "We’re delighted to welcome Jovon to Norwich City.
"He is a young player with a quite unique profile and big potential. He has been developing well in the last couple of years particularly and we feel he’s now ready to take the next step in his career.
"He offers obvious physicality and athleticism, and he’s able to operate in multiple roles offensively. He’s a really interesting player and he’s someone that will offer something different for us.
"We’re excited to see how we can help improve and develop him further, and we’re sure he’ll fit into the group we’ve built here really well."
Makama started his football journey with Derby County before swapping the Rams for Lincoln in 2020, aged just 16.
He signed his first professional deal with Lincoln in 2021 before spending the following 18 months on loan at Gainsborough Trinity and then Brackley Town.
The 2024/25 campaign saw Makama hit 11 goals and register six assists across all competitions.
He'll now link up with Liam Manning's squad ahead of the opening weekend of the Sky Bet Championship.
