Here's what Kenny McLean had to say after Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Cardiff City.
"We didn't show enough composure in the final third, threaten Cardiff enough or make them defend. To hurt teams more we need to be threatening going forward. When we've got a player up front like we've got, we should be creating chances and scoring goals.
"I don't think we're too far away with the final pass. We'll work on it, but it's just about everybody taking that responsibility. We've got the team and the squad.
"The quality is there, no doubt about that. It's just down to us as individuals and a team to do more. We looked comfortable in the game so we spoke about needing to step it up a level, which we didn't quite do.
"It was feisty but mostly handbags. You expect that and it happens to most teams. I don't think that was a defining factor of the game. The game was lacking quality and that's down to us to show more of that.
"We've not been at our best today and know we can do more and be better.
"The fans have been great for us and will continue to be as long as they see us giving everything for their club. We're responsible for how they go home and the mood of their weekend."
