Norwich City have joined forces with global HR technology company Lattice, who will become the club’s newest primary partner.

Lattice is a people management platform that business leaders and HR teams rely on to create great managers and high-performing teams.

The relationship with Norwich City will see the Lattice platform used across different departments of the football club, and supporters will be given an insight into its implementation through pieces of content with the football club’s leadership team.

The first content piece will feature insight from head of strategy James Bemment and head of human resources and EDI Perry Hamilton, who will discuss how Norwich City fosters a high-performance culture on both the sporting and business sides of the organisation.

Ed Turnham, head of sales and acquisition for Norwich City, said: “We would like to extend a warm welcome to Lattice, who will become our partner in driving high performance across the club.

"They are a truly global business with a fantastic product that is used by companies the world over to build better businesses and healthier company cultures.

"The Lattice platform will be a valuable tool for our workforce management and we are excited to begin its use."
