He also played 90 minutes of Monday’s 3-1 defeat at home to St Patrick’s Athletic. Bohemian are sixth in the League of Ireland Premier Division.

In Sky Bet League One, Bali Mumba played 85 minutes of Plymouth Argyle’s 2-0 win at home to Bolton Wanderers on Saturday to go fifth in the third tier.

He also came on at half-time during Tuesday’s 1-1 draw at home to Bristol Rovers in Group M of the Papa John’s Trophy, which Plymouth won 4-3 on penalties.

Saxon Earley played 90 minutes as Stevenage beat Peterborough United 1-0 at home in the second round of the Carabao Cup last week. 

He also came on in the 79th minute of Saturday’s 1-0 loss at Salford City in Sky Bet League Two, and played all of Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Peterborough in Group L of the Papa John’s Trophy.

Walsall lost 1-0 at home to Charlton Athletic in the second round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, Flynn Clarke coming on in the 73rd minute for the home side.

They then lost 1-0 at home to West Ham United Under-21s in Group K of the Papa John’s Trophy on Tuesday, Clarke playing 59 minutes of that game.

Overseas, Christos Tzolis came on in the 67th minute of FC Twente’s 0-0 draw at home to Fiorentina in the second leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League play-off on Thursday, Twente losing 2-1 on aggregate.

Tzolis also played 71 minutes of Sunday’s 1-0 loss away to FC Volendam, which puts Twente sixth in the Eredivisie.

On Wednesday, we announced that Josh Martin has joined Barnsley on a season-long loan.
