A trio of Norwich City loanees had productive performances last week, Bali Mumba, Christos Tzolis and Saxon Earley all making important contributions.
Mumba won his second Man of the Match award of the season as Plymouth Argyle beat Peterborough United 2-0 at home to go fifth in Sky Bet League One, Mumba winning the penalty converted by Ryan Hardie in the 65th minute.

Tzolis came on in the 72nd minute of FC Twente’s second leg of the third qualifying round for the UEFA Europa Conference League against FK Čukarički. He scored twice and then came on in the 83rd minute of Sunday’s 3-0 win at home to Fortuna Sittard.
Twente are fourth in the Eredivisie with six points from six.

In the Carabao Cup, Earley scored his first professional goal as Stevenage beat Reading 2-1 away from home to advance to the second round.
The City loanee also played the first half of Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Walsall, which put Stevenage fifth in Sky Bet League Two.

Przemysław Płacheta played the full 90 minutes as Birmingham lost 1-0 away to Cardiff City in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday, and Flynn Clarke played 70 minutes of Walsall’s 2-0 Carabao Cup win at home to Swindon Town on Tuesday.
