Jonathan Tomkinson made his debut off the bench for Bradford City as the Bantams drew 1-1 at home to Grimsby Town in Sky Bet League Two.
The defender was an 85th-minute substitute for Bradford, but was on the pitch as Mark Hughes' side equalised late through Alex Gilliead.
Also in the fourth tier, Brad Hills and Accrington Stanley fell to a 3-0 home defeat against Mansfield Town.
Fellow Stanley loanee Lewis Shipley continues his return from injury.
In the Vanarama National League, there was another debut as Flynn Clarke came off the bench to make his first appearance for Dagenham & Redbridge.
Clarke was introduced after 79 minutes, but was on the losing side as the Daggers were beaten 3-1 against Chesterfield.
There was a clean sheet for Archie Mair and Gateshead over the weekend, as they were 6-0 winners away to Eastleigh.
