Norwich City principal partners Lotus are offering fans the chance to win a money can't buy matchday experience.
The 'Best Day Ever' for one lucky Norwich City fan involves a tour of the Lotus Training Centre, a driving experience at the Lotus base in Hethel and Boardroom hospitality for the Sheffield United fixture on April 1.
The full day consists of:
- Lotus Training Centre tour
- Lotus Driving Experience in Hethel
- Arrive at Carrow Road for Boardroom hospitality
- Norwich City v Sheffield United

1\. The Promoter
The promoter is Norwich City Football Club plc (company number 00154044) whose registered office is at Carrow Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1JE (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2\. The competition
2\.1 The title of the competition is Best Day Ever – Lotus x NCFC.
2\.2 To enter this competition, entrants must follow @norwichcityfc and @lotuscars on Twitter, like and retweet the Club’s tweet referring to this competition. Entrants only need to enter once, and in doing so are eligible to win the prize draw.
3\. How to enter
3\.1 The competition will open for entries on 14th March 2023 (the “Opening Date) until 24th March 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. The period from the Opening Date to the Closing Date shall be known as the “Term” for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
3\.2 All competition entries must be made by no later than 15.00 hours (UK time) on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after this time are automatically disqualified.
3\.3 No purchase necessary.
3\.4 The Promoter will not accept any competition entries submitted by any means other than as required by condition 2.2 above, including but not limited to postal entries.
3\.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3\.6 A prize draw of all eligible competition entries will result in one eligible entry being chosen at random after 15.00 hours (UK time) on the Closing Date.
4\. Eligibility
4\.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4\.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4\.3 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are able to travel to and from the Lotus Training Centre on the matchday at your own expense, including but not limited to travel expenses and accommodation expenses.
4\.4 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or (c) incomplete.
4\.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5\. The prize
5\.1 The prize is for one group of four (4) guests, who will together receive a tour of the Lotus Training Centre, a driving experience at Group Lotus, Hethel, and hospitality passes to Norwich City FC’s match vs Sheffield United on Saturday 1st April, plus one (1) 22-23 Norwich City FC home shirt signed by players of the men’s first team squad.
5\.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will not bear costs of, nor be responsible for organising, the prize winner’s travel to and from the Lotus Training Centre for the experience, nor any accommodation. All expenses incurred by the prize winner in accessing the prize shall be borne entirely by the prize winner.
5\.3 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5\.4 The prizes are supplied by Lotus, a commercial partner of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
5\.5 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5\.6 The Promoter will contact the prize winner within one (1) working day of the relevant prize draw being made. In order to claim the prize, the successful entrant must respond to the Promoter using the mechanic contained in the correspondence with prize winners within twenty-four (24) hours of being contacted by the Promoter to inform the successful entrant that they are a prize winner. If no response is received within such twenty-four (24) hour period, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly re-draw the prize from all eligible entries received by the date of the initial prize draw for such prize and award that prize to a new successful entrant (who must claim that prize using this same mechanic as contained in this condition 5.6).
6\. Winners
6\.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6\.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally within one (1) working day of the relevant prize draw being made, direct messaging the Twitter account of the successful entrant.
6\.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the title, forename and surname of prize winner on our website.
6\.4 If you object to any or all of your title, forename and surname being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at partners@canaries.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7\. Claiming a prize
7\.1 The process for claiming a prize is set out in condition 5.6. If you do not claim the relevant prize within the timescales specified in condition 5.6, your claim will become invalid.
7\.2 A prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7\.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up a prize.
8\. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage,
personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9\. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9\.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9\.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (b) waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
10\. Data protection and publicity
10\.1 The Promoter will process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.canaries.co.uk/privacy-policy. Pursuant to condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners, the Promoter will also publish your title, forename and surname and (subject to condition 6.4) you consent to this by entering this competition.
11\. General
11\.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11\.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11\.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
