Norwich City goalkeeper Archie Mair has returned to the club following the end of his loan spell at Lincoln City.

The 20-year-old was named in the squad for three League One and two FA Cup matches this season, but did not make an appearance for the Imps.

Mair signed for City’s academy from Aberdeen ahead of the 2019/20 season, during which he featured for the Under-23s and was included in Daniel Farke’s Premier League squad for games against Aston Villa and Manchester City.

The Scotland youth international then spent last season on loan at King’s Lynn Town, where he made 23 appearances in the Vanarama National League and two in the FA Cup.

In March 2021, Mair signed a new contract at Norwich City, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2024.
