Norwich City midfielder Emi Marcondes this week attended a Q&A with the Luca Academy Under-12s team, hosted by Norwich City Football Development.
The Luca Academy, an elite football academy based in Tunbridge Wells, were attending a residential at The Nest.
During their stay, they played two fixtures, took part in a training session with a Norwich City UEFA A licence coach, toured Carrow Road and were flag bearers for our home fixture against Stoke City, as well as meeting Marcondes.
The Dane took part in a Q&A with the young footballers, telling them about his journey to the professional level, advice for young players and the experience of playing with Norwich City.
He also posed for photos and signed autographs with the team.
