Norwich City’s Under-23s look to solidify their place in the Premier League 2 Division Two play-off spots when they travel to St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium to face Birmingham City Under-23s at 7pm on Monday night.
The Canaries need to finish fifth or higher to qualify for the play-offs, and are currently second, four points clear of West Bromwich Albion in sixth, with five games to go.
After losing back-to-back games against Aston Villa and Newcastle United, Alan Neilson’s side responded with a 2-1 victory at league winners Fulham on Friday, March 11.
Newcastle and Stoke City, who are both within touching distance of Norwich, face each other on Monday night.
As for Birmingham, they’re 11th in the league following Monday’s 1-0 loss away to Newcastle. The Blues have 23 points from 22 games this season.
Last time we met was at The Walks in October, Todd Cantwell and Jonathan Rowe scoring as City won 2-1.
