For Norwich City’s final pre-season fixture of the campaign, the club travels to Edinburgh to take on Scottish Premiership side Hibernian.
The second fixture in the Scotland double header takes place at Easter Road on Sunday, July 24, kicking off at 2pm.
Dean Smith has said the team to play Hibs will be much changed from those who played at Celtic Park, giving some of the younger players a chance to impress the head coach.
City put an end to their unbeaten pre-season run after goals from Maeda and Turnbull either side of half time saw Celtic take the win in Glasgow.
About the opposition
Lee Johnson’s Hibernian finished eighth in the Scottish Premiership at the end of the 2022/23 season, as well as narrowly losing out on some silverware to Celtic in the League Cup final.
Earlier in the season the club participated in the inaugural edition of the UEFA Europa Conference League, losing to Croatian side HNK Rijeka.
Hibs take on St Johnston in their first Scottish Premiership fixture of the 2022/23 campaign next week.
