Norwich City head to Scotland this weekend for the final pre-season fixtures ahead of the Sky Bet Championship 2022/23 campaign.
City travel to Glasgow to take on Celtic in the first of the two fixtures across this weekend. This match takes place on Saturday, July 23 (3pm KO).
The Canaries will hope to remain unbeaten in their sixth pre-season friendly.
The opposition
As for Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic, the Scots head into their final pre-season fixture tomorrow after trips to Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland.
The club’s biggest win came in a 7-0 thriller over Austrian side SC Wiener Viktoria and they too remain unbeaten in pre-season.
The Hoops finished the 2021/22 season top of the Scottish Premiership for the 52nd time, four points clear of rivals Rangers.
The club also had a brief stint in Europe, where they reached the UEFA Europa League group stage.
Celtic have had a busy transfer window this summer so far, having signed seven new players in a mixture of loan and permanent deals.
Head-to-head
The last two fixtures between the two sides have ended in wins for the Canaries, as City won 1-0 and 2-0 in previous pre-season friendlies.
