Norwich City return to action this Saturday with a home Sky Bet Championship fixture against QPR (KO 3pm).

The Canaries went into the international break with a 3-2 win against Cardiff City in south Wales. Adam Idah's 84th-minute strike completed the turnaround after Cardiff had taken a 2-1 lead into the final 10 minutes. Norwich are now 16th in the Championship. **The Opposition** QPR recently ended a run of seven straight defeats with back-to-back draws against Rotherham United and Bristol City. They still find themselves in 23rd in the table, having accumulated 10 points from their opening 16 games. **One to Watch
Sinclair Armstrong** Twenty-year-old striker Sinclair Armstrong is a promising prospect for the Rs, and has recently made his Republic of Ireland senior debut. He has scored one goal, and picked up two assists so far in this campaign with his power and close control causing problems for defences. He's also scored twice in four games for the Republic of Ireland Under-21s in their EURO qualifying campaign.

**The Head Coach
Martí Cifuentes** New head coach Martí Cifuentes has only been in the QPR hotseat since October 30, replacing Gareth Ainsworth. In that time, QPR have drawn both of their fixtures and will be hoping to get their first win under the new boss soon. Prior to joining the Hoops, he was in charge at Hammarby in the Swedish Allsvenskan. **Last Time Out** The sides have already met this season in the first round of the Carabao Cup at Loftus Road. A 98th-minute Jonathan Rowe header was all that separated them and put Norwich into the hat for the second round. Watch the highlights below.
