Norwich City Women play host again this weekend, this time to Southern Premier side Hashtag United Women in round one of the FA Cup.
The match at The Nest kicks off at a later kick-off of 3pm on Sunday, November 12.
The Canaries go into the match having lost just one game in all competitions so far, which came in round two of the League Cup against London Bees.
Martin Herdman guided his side to a 3-1 win over London Seaward in the third round qualifying of the Women's FA Cup, where goals from Shannon Shaw, Megan Todd and Freya Symonds sent them through to the next stage.
The opposition
Off the back of promotion to the Southern Premier Division at the end of the 2022/23 season, the Tags have had a flying start to their campaign.
Their opening nine league fixtures have seen eight wins and just one loss, leaving them second in the table, level on points with Plymouth.
Top-scorer Samantha Rowland is one to watch in this clash, who put three past Norwich last season and won Opposition Player of the Match during the clash in Basildon.
Last year's FA Cup campaign for the Tags saw them reach round four of the competition, beating out Colney Heath Ladies, Dartford Women and Actonians in the first three rounds, only losing out to Championship side Coventry United Women.
Hashtag’s first FA Cup action this season comes against Norwich City on Sunday as Southern Premier Division sides enter for the first round proper.
Head to head
Despite competitive performances, the Yellows have struggled to get a result against United, who always battled it out at the top of Division One South East.
In the last four meetings, Hashtag United have taken all 12 points away with them.
