A spot in the final of the Harrod Sport Women's Cup is up for grabs this weekend, as Norwich City Women take on Mulbarton Wanderers Women at The Nest on Sunday, March 17 (KO 2.30pm).

We're back at home for the second week running, after last week's 1-1 draw against Worthing in the Division One South East.

The Canaries booked their place in this stage of the competition with a 7-0 win over Dussindale and Hellesdon Rovers in the quarter-finals.

The Opposition

Mulbarton currently sit two tiers below Norwich in the league pyramid, playing their football in the Eastern Region Women's Division One North.

In their nine league games, they've won four, drawn three times, and lost twice, meaning they occupy seventh place.

To progress into the semi-finals of the competition, they secured a 6-1 win at home to King's Lynn Town Ladies.

Last time out

The last time the two sides met was in the final of last year's competition at Carrow Road, where the Canaries finished as 3-0 winners.

After a goalless first half, Ceri Flye, Liv Cook and Katie Knights all netted in the second half as Norwich won their seventh County Cup trophy.
