They followed up last weekend's impressive 4-0 win at Huddersfield Town by beating Bristol City 1-0 at Ashton Gate in the League Cup. **The Opposition** Rotherham United are currently 21st in the Sky Bet Championship having picked up a single point from their four league games so far this season. That point came in a 2-2 draw against Blackburn Rovers at the New York Stadium, during which Fred Onyedinma both scored and received his marching orders for the Millers. Viktor Johansson** Highly-rated goalkeeper Viktor Johansson is a crowd favourite with the Rotherham faithful having been at the club since 2020. He first moved from Hammarby in his native Sweden to Aston Villa in 2015 but left without making an appearance, joining Leicester City in 2018. He featured in the Foxes' development squads prior to joining Rotherham where his performances have earned him a call-up to Sweden's most recent squads.

Matt Taylor** Rotherham United head coach Matt Taylor joined the club in October 2022, replacing Paul Warne who had been dismissed a fortnight before. He joined the club from Exeter City where he had guided them to promotion to League One the campaign previous. He would end the 2022/23 season by keeping Rotherham in the Championship with a 19th-placed finish. **Last Time Out** Our last visit to the New York Stadium was a 2-1 win in November 2022.
