Greg Crane's side were beaten 6-3 at home to Chelsea last weekend, with the Canaries still searching for their first points of the campaign
An Elliot Myles brace and a goal from Damari Daley reduced the deficit for Norwich, but the Blues claimed all three points.
West Ham are the current holders of the Under-18 PL South, and currently sit in third after four games played.
After defeat to Arsenal in their season opener, the Hammers have gone onto record wins against Fulham, Aston Villa, and Brighton & Hove Albion.
